Each tool runs the pipeline a paying ChatbotGen customer runs: we fetch or extract your content, chunk it into passages, embed those passages, and retrieve the relevant ones for every question. Nothing is simulated.
That is deliberate. The fastest way to judge whether an AI chatbot would actually answer your customers is to watch it answer from your own content, before you create an account. If it does well here, it will do better with a stronger model and no message cap.

How long do you keep what I upload?+
24 hours. After that the content, the files and the search index are deleted automatically. We never use them to train models.
Which model do the free tools use?+
A fast, inexpensive one — good enough to judge whether retrieval over your content works. Paid chatbots run stronger models, and you choose which.
Can I share a demo with someone else?+
Yes. Every demo gets a shareable link, so a colleague or a client can chat with the content you added without creating anything.
