How the FAQ generator works

Point it at a page — your homepage, a pricing page, a product or service page — and we read it, index it, and let you ask for the questions your visitors are likely to have. Ask for ten FAQs about pricing, or five about delivery, or a set aimed at first-time buyers.

Because the answers are drafted from your own page rather than from the model's general knowledge, they use your prices, your terms and your policies. Nothing invented, nothing generic.

Add more than one URL if the answers live in different places — a pricing page plus a shipping page usually covers most of what a store gets asked.

What to do with the output

Publish it. An FAQ section is one of the few pieces of content that both helps a visitor decide and earns a rich result in search, because Google reads FAQPage structured data. Paste the questions and answers into your CMS and mark them up.

Or feed it back into a chatbot. In ChatbotGen, question-and-answer pairs are a first-class training source alongside files and URLs, and they are the most reliable one: an exact answer you wrote beats a passage retrieved from a paragraph.

Either way, read before you ship. The draft is only as accurate as the page it came from, so fix anything your site states loosely.

Limits, cost and privacy

Free and no signup: three URLs, three files and ten messages per session, which is enough for several rounds of questions. Your content and the index are deleted after 24 hours.

Want the FAQs to answer customers instead of just sitting on a page? Sign up free and turn them into a chatbot that replies on your website, on WhatsApp and on Telegram.

Before you generate

Questions about the AI FAQ generator.

Where do the questions come from?

From the page you give us. We index it and draft questions a visitor would plausibly ask, then answer them from your own wording — your prices, your policies, your terms.

Can I control the topic or the number of questions?

Yes. Ask in plain language: ten FAQs about pricing, five about delivery, or a set written for first-time buyers. Ask again to get a different angle.

Are the answers safe to publish as-is?

Read them first. They are only as accurate as the page they came from, so anything your site states loosely will come out loosely. Fix those, then publish.

Will an FAQ section help my SEO?

It can. Google reads FAQPage structured data and may show your questions directly in the results, and a good FAQ answers the objections that stop a visitor from converting.

Can I turn the FAQs into a chatbot?

Yes — that is the point. Sign up free and paste them in as question-and-answer training pairs, the most reliable source ChatbotGen accepts, then put the bot on your site, WhatsApp or Telegram.
