Does the bot give the customer a fixed price?
No, never. It quotes the starting prices you trained it on ("the call-out is $25, drain unclogging from $40") and makes clear the technician confirms the final price after seeing the job. It never gives a binding quote.
Can it see the photos customers send?
No. The bot reads text only, so it asks the customer to describe the problem in words. The photos still reach your WhatsApp, because the bot replies from your own number.
Do I need verified Meta Business for WhatsApp?
No. You scan a QR with your business phone and the bot replies from that same number, the one your customers already have saved. 2 minutes. Linking WhatsApp needs the Starter plan; building and testing is free.
What happens if I reply myself while the bot is on?
If you reply from the linked phone, the bot pauses in that conversation for 30 minutes, and each reply of yours extends the pause. You can take an emergency without the bot talking over you.
Does the bot manage my schedule?
No. It takes the request (service, the day and time window the customer prefers) and emails it to you. It is not connected to your calendar, on purpose: how long a job runs is your call.
