Your clinicfilling the schedulewhile you're with a patient in the chair.
An AI agent that answers how much a cleaning costs, which insurance you take and whether you see kids, and takes appointment requests on WhatsApp. Your front desk confirms. Pain or an emergency goes to a person.

anything clinical goes to a person
The patient who gets no reply at 10pm messages the clinic down the street instead.
The four things your front desk answers on WhatsApp all day, handled by one agent, in the same chat.
Answers prices and insurance
Trained on your price list, the insurance plans you accept and your hours. Gives a range when the price depends on the case, and says when only an exam can settle it.
Takes appointment requests
The patient says which treatment, which day works and leaves a phone number. You get an email with everything and your front desk confirms the slot in the calendar it already uses.
Captures new patients
Anyone asking about implants, orthodontics or whitening leaves a name and contact. The lead lands in your dashboard with CSV export, ready for a call back.
Sends pain to a person
Severe pain, a broken tooth, swelling or a billing complaint goes straight to the front desk. Your team takes the conversation and the bot goes quiet.
From your price list to the first appointment request, in one afternoon.
- 1
Upload prices and insurance
Your price list, the insurance plans you accept and the PDF you send every new patient. The bot learns them in 2 to 5 minutes.
- 2
Turn on appointments
Enable the booking tool and list your treatments. Every request lands in your email for the front desk to confirm.
- 3
Scan the WhatsApp QR
With the clinic's phone. The bot replies from that same number. No Meta Business, no verification.
Talk to the bot. Ask a price. Request an appointment.
Anything you leave in this chat goes to my personal email (facundo@toptive.co). The appointment request and the lead are real; the clinic is fictional.
- "How much is a cleaning?"
- "Do you take my insurance?"
- "I'd like an appointment Thursday afternoon"
The prices, insurance plans and hours belong to a fictional clinic built for this demo. The appointment and contact forms do reach my inbox.

What dentists ask before they switch it on.
Does the bot give clinical advice or diagnose?
No. It never diagnoses or recommends medication. If a patient describes pain, bleeding, swelling or a broken tooth, the bot hands the chat to the front desk and tells the patient a person will contact them. Clinical calls stay with your dentists.
Does it confirm appointments on its own? Does it sync with my calendar?
No. It takes the request (treatment, preferred day, phone) and emails it to you; your front desk confirms the real slot. It is not synced with your practice software (Dentrix, Open Dental or other), on purpose: your team keeps running the schedule.
Do I need verified Meta Business for WhatsApp?
No. You scan a QR with the clinic's phone and the bot replies from the number your patients already have saved. It takes 2 minutes. If you later move to Meta's official API, the bot keeps working.
What does it say when the price depends on the case?
Whatever you teach it. For a root canal or an implant it gives the range from your price list and explains the exact figure comes from an exam with X-rays. It never invents a price that isn't in your material.
How do I build it step by step?
We have a separate guide. Look for "WhatsApp chatbot for a dental clinic" in our How-to section (the link sits under the plans): template, what to upload, the QR link and the handoff to your front desk.
