What gym owners ask us.
Does the bot confirm trial classes on its own?
No. It takes the request (class, day and time) and emails it to you; your team confirms the spot. It is not synced with Mindbody, Glofox or your booking and check-in software, so the real class roster stays under your control.
Can it take payments or cancel a membership?
No. The bot does not process payments, and it does not cancel, freeze or change memberships. When someone writes about a charge, a cancellation or a freeze, it hands the conversation to the front desk with the chat history attached.
Is this an AI personal trainer?
No. It is your gym's front-desk assistant: it answers with your prices, your schedule and your rules. It does not write workout plans or give nutrition advice, and it hands injuries and health questions to your coaches.
Do I need verified Meta Business for WhatsApp?
