Your practicedoing intakewhile you're in court.
An AI agent that answers your practice areas and consultation fees, qualifies each new matter (case type, urgency, contact) and takes consultation requests on WhatsApp. It never gives legal advice: you do.

one per practice area if you want
A new matter that waits until Monday often hires someone else.
The four things your front desk does with every first message, handled by one agent, in the same chat. A lawyer still decides every case.
Answers the practical questions
Trained on your practice areas, consultation fee, office hours and what to bring. It answers "do you handle this?" and "how much is a consultation?", never "what should I do?".
Qualifies the new matter
Asks the case type, how urgent it is (a hearing date, a dismissal deadline) and how to contact the person. You get a short intake by email, ready for a conflict check.
Takes consultation requests
The client picks a type of consultation and a preferred day. Your staff checks the calendar and confirms. Nothing goes on your diary without you.
Hands off to a lawyer
An arrest, a hearing tomorrow, a current client, or anyone asking for advice goes to a person. You take the conversation and the bot goes quiet.

What lawyers ask before they turn it on.
Does the bot give legal advice?
No. The bot never gives legal advice and a chat with it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. It answers practical questions (practice areas, fees, hours, documents to bring), collects the intake and passes it to you. If someone asks "what should I do?", it says a lawyer will answer and offers a consultation.
Is the chat confidential?
Treat it like your intake form, not like a meeting with a lawyer. The bot asks only for the case type, urgency and contact details, and tells visitors not to share sensitive details until a lawyer contacts them. Conversations are stored in your ChatbotGen dashboard, where you control who on your team can see them.
Does it book consultations into my calendar?
No. It takes the request (consultation type, preferred day, contact) and emails it to you; your staff confirms. It is not connected to Clio, MyCase or your calendar, on purpose: you decide which matters you take and when.
Do I need a verified Meta Business account for WhatsApp?
No. You scan a QR with the firm's phone and the bot answers on the number your clients already have. 2 minutes. If you later move to the official WhatsApp Business API, the bot keeps working.
What happens with urgent matters?
You write the rules. For example: an arrest, a hearing in the next 48 hours or a deadline that runs this week goes straight to a person. The bot flags it as urgent and you get the conversation.
The next client writes on a Saturday night. Answer before the firm down the street does.
