Your shopcollecting quote requestswhile the printer runs.
An AI agent that answers which material fits, what sizes you print and how long each job takes, then hands you a ready quote request: size, material, quantity, deadline and artwork status. On your site and your WhatsApp, 24/7.
In live use at a sign shop in Canada, trained on its whole website, live on its site with WhatsApp connected.

"How much for a sign?" arrives with no size, no material, no deadline. The bot asks for what's missing.
The four things your front counter handles all day, done by one agent, in the same chat.
Answers products and materials
Trained on your site and product list. Explains banner vs. adhesive vinyl, what holds up outdoors, maximum sizes and production times.
Builds the quote request
Asks for size, material, quantity, deadline and whether the artwork is print-ready. Then it asks for a name and contact: the lead lands in your dashboard with the full chat.
Takes install and pickup requests
A sign install, a wrap appointment at the shop, an order pickup. The customer proposes a day and time, you get an email and your team confirms.
Hands off to a designer
Low-res files, a logo that needs vectorizing, a design from scratch. The chat goes to a person on your team and the bot goes quiet.
From your website to the first quote request, in one afternoon.

Point it at your site
Your website URL, a price list PDF or plain text. The bot learns products, materials and turnaround. 2 to 5 minutes.

Talk to the bot. Ask about a material. Request a quote.
Anything you leave in this chat goes to my personal email (facundo@toptive.co). The quote request and the booking are real; the shop is fictional.
- "What's the difference between a banner and adhesive vinyl?"
- "I need a quote for 500 business cards"
- "Do you wrap vans?"
The products, prices and turnaround belong to a fictional shop built for this demo. The quote and booking forms do reach my inbox.

Questions we already got asked.
Does the bot give the final price?
No. It can share the starting prices you train it on ("banners from $4/sq ft"), but it does not give an instant binding quote and it does not proof artwork. It collects size, material, quantity, deadline and artwork status; your team sends the quote and the proof.
Can it take the artwork files?
The bot asks whether the artwork is ready, in what format, and whether it needs design work. It does not check resolution or bleed: your designer does. When a file is involved, it hands the chat to a person.
Do I need verified Meta Business for WhatsApp?
No. You scan a QR with the shop's phone and the bot answers on that same number. 2 minutes. If you later move to the official Meta API, the bot keeps working.
What happens when my prices or materials change?
Update your site or upload the new price list and the bot retrains in minutes. Old prices disappear from its answers.
Does it work if I do everything: cards, banners, wraps and promo products?
Yes, as long as it's in your training material. A sign shop in Canada trained it on its whole website and runs it on its site, with WhatsApp connected.
