Does the bot see my availability and confirm bookings by itself?
No. It doesn't sync live with your booking engine, Booking.com, Expedia or any OTA, so it can't see real-time availability. It takes the request (tour, date, group size, contact) and emails it to you; your team confirms the date and the price. That way it never sells a spot you no longer have.
