Prepare your automation while the ChatbotGen Zapier app is not yet public.
The integration is being prepared to connect ChatbotGen events to your other apps. The underlying events and webhooks are available on Growth and higher.
Prepare your workflow
Choose a trigger
Decide what should start the workflow: a new lead, updated lead details, an appointment request, or a human handoff.
Choose the destination
Decide which app should receive the data and which fields you need, such as the lead’s name, email, and chatbot.
Use webhooks today if needed
If your destination can receive HTTP requests, follow the webhooks guide. Developers can also use the REST hooks API at
/api/v2; see developer documentation. This does not require the unpublished ChatbotGen Zapier app.
